Castle Point Anime Convention 2023

Located in Secaucus, New Jersey at the Meadowlands Expo Center, Castle Point Anime Convention (CPAC) has held 15 consecutive conventions in a row, with the exception of the Covid-19 pandemic in 2020. Despite the rainy weather, the convention was successfully held, demonstrating their commitment to the show must go on attitude.

CPAC has a unique history, having started from a school and grown into one of the best conventions on the East Coast. While it may be smaller than other conventions, it offers a more comfortable and spacious experience for attendees, unlike being cramped in poorly ventilated spaces.

The past few years have been difficult for conventions, with rising prices and the impact of Covid-19 restrictions. While some larger conventions may have more resources to deal with these challenges, smaller conventions like CPAC must prioritize safety and take precautions accordingly.

One highlight of CPAC is the party-like atmosphere it provides, creating a fun and memorable experience for attendees. Unlike other conventions, which may have strict time limits and high costs for extended hours, CPAC's party was contained and enjoyable, resembling a school rave rather than a formal dance.

The convention's layout is straightforward and easily accessible by both private and public transportation, with a variety of nearby dining options. With so many positives to offer, we eagerly anticipate next year's CPAC and look forward to seeing more special guests in attendance. Well done, CPAC!
