Bungo Stray Dogs is Getting a 3rd Season - Are You Ready?

The beloved series, Bungo Stray Dogs, has such a lovely feel to it, there's no wonder why its fan base is so large and screaming for more. Luckily, those plights for new content have not gone unheard and it looks like we'll be getting a new season very soon.

Of course, no new season would be complete without a great trailer to back it up. Fortunately, one was released on March 14, giving us a glimpse of new and old characters a like. As always, it seems our favorite squad of detectives will be lead by the suicide-loving Osamu Dazai with his current crew, including Atsushi who seems to have grown up quite a bit since we last saw him! With the additional information we were given in Season 2, it looks like there will be more depth to the terror our favorite organization must face. Thankfully, almost everyone on the squad has a supernatural ability that will help them defeat the Port Mafia.

So far, the release date we've been given is April 12 at 10:30 p.m., premiered on Tokyo MX. After the initial premiere, the show will be released on TV Aichi, KBS Kyoto, Sun TV, and BS11. Directed by Takuya Igarashi and featuring animation production by BONES, there's no way this new season is going to disappoint.
